Terms — pilot draft

ClearSay is a customer review platform. Share first-hand experiences honestly, without private information, threats, advertising, or conflicts of interest.

One active review per person per business location. You may update your review after another experience or delete it. Businesses can reply and report policy violations, but cannot remove criticism.

Only published reviews count toward ratings. During the initial pilot, submissions and edits receive manual moderation. Decisions may be appealed by contacting clearsay@siteopsai.com within 30 days.

We keep your email private and display your chosen public name. Account details, reviews and moderation records are used to operate the service. Contact us to request access or deletion.

This is a local development preview. Final privacy, retention, and service terms must be reviewed and published before public launch.
